- Enter your membership number, which can be found on your blue membership card.
- If this is your first time accessing the website, the initial password is your last name in ALL lowercase. Once you log in you will be prompted to create a new password and set a security question.
- If this is not your first time logging in, please use your 6-digit membership # and password to log in. If you need a password reset, visit the forgot password page or email the Help Desk.
- The final step will prompt you to set a security question. The answer is case sensitive. Please remember to keep all of your login details in a safe place.
