- If this is your first time accessing the website, the initial password is your last name in ALL lowercase. Once you log in you will be prompted to create a new password and set a security question.
- If this is not your first time logging in, please use your 6-digit membership # and password to log in.
- If you need a password reset, visit the forgot password page or email the Help Desk.
- The final step will prompt you to set a security question. The answer is case-sensitive.
